"Very disappointed with service and food. This uses to be one of my favorite spots last year and beginning this year. After I moved to the south-west side, I am back twice and I must say that I will never come back. Both times the food was disgusting. I ate them and drove them 45 minutes to be disappointed. My friend wings were under cook and my food had a fishy taste and the service was VERY SLOW. We had to ask several times for refills on our drinks and not end our food because it was under cooking and had a strange taste. I even expressed my concerns to the manager after I had paid my bill completely, and there were no signs that he was worried or annoying. Very disappointed and sad because this use to go the place to for hot, fully boiled, delicious seafood. We do not recommend you to go at all. You will be very disappointed. I recommend new management and servers. Will give 0 stars if I could."

"Had such a nice family dinner here Friday night! We were there quite early, but the place is very quickly filled, so I think that you definitely want to make a reservation if possible. The octopus star was amazing! So delicate and perfectly seasoned. The same for the Calamari. Very recommended! The chicken piccata was also so delicious. Really enjoyed it! The server “Sam” was so helpful and nice! My son always asked him how he caught the octopus and he played with the whole story that was very friendly! I'm looking forward to the next time!"

"I have been coming here for years. The Pho (Vietnamese Noodle soup) is always consistently good. There are many places around Bellaire Chinatown that I've been to and I keep coming back to Pho Dien. The portions are good and the prices are very reasonable. On the weekends there will be a line and sometimes a wait reason for the 4 stars but it is worth the wait. They sometimes sit people together in the same long table so it takes away from some privacy but does not ruin the overall food experience. Definitely a must try spot! My personal go to Pho restaurant"
