This is a well established local food truck with hot made fresh food for a low price. I went to try this on a whim and I say it hold up well in a city with countless options for Mexican and texmex options. This is still a food truck, so don’t expect brick and mortar quality, but it stacks well against other food trucks.I wish they made their own tortillas, but they doctored up the store bought ones well. I’m all about promoting small business, but after debating I figured I’d post an honest review. I tried to order 2 chorizo tacos and one pastor taco and the woman taking my order kept telling me she couldn’t understand me.
