kartoffelsalat, mac n cheese, huh and brisket were phenomenal. with the brisket the absolute best of all we tried. the baby back ribs had a lot of pfeffer on it and that was simply not my style, but they fell from the bone and were tender. What User doesn't like about The Brisket House:
Stopped by for our last meal in Houston and was disappointed with the results. No line so we got our order within 10 minutes. Meals came with choice of meat(s), slice of bread and two sides. Meats can also be purchased by the pound. Beef brisket no fat and pretty dry even with the added sauce. Considering the price it should be spot on. Pulled pork same disappointment as the brisket. This was hands down the best brisket I have eaten. Nice and tender and juicy.
