Taqueria El Angel is where it works! I ordered the Torta de Texana and it was perfect. With fajita meat, quesillo, the usual fixins and their house dressing it was amazing! Only so could it be better than I added her salsa verde. A perfect mix of explosive taste and balanced wort. I couldn't wait to eat it. And, of course, wash with my favorite selection, Agua de Piña.
