From the moment this location has opened, I have been excited to have a Wing Stop closer to home. The managers have been nice and caring to the customers. Some of the crew members need training on how to be more appreciative for their customers business. Keep in mind. ?You wouldn?t have a job in the service business without the customers to serve.? order my food online, which will provide me with a 15-20 minute time frame for my order. came 45 minutes later to pick up, we were told to wait for their wings. in the meantime, everyone (except the cook) seems to be on the lunch break b/c they all sit in front, eating wings while we all wait for us. if I go, then my money will be wasted at the online order b/c to pay them forward from cc. there is no other option.
