I came in twice last year all the way from Winter Haven Florida. Absolutely the best bagels I've eaten. I'm from Brooklyn originally so I know a good bagel! I give them one star because they are CONSISTENT. Been trying them out approx 1x a year for YEARS and they are CONSISTENT. Employees are only interested in the locals who they know. They are not interested in making any new repeat customers. A very unwelcoming vibe to anyone they don't know. I ordered the Chicken Vodka Sandwich. It was not what it should have been.
