Food is great of course. But the staff is amazing. One girl in particular actually. She was so sweet I felt so bad it was 50 degrees in the place! She was freezing so was I (mind you it's 20 degrees here). So maybe the manager should be more considerate of his or her employees work conditions. View all feedback.
What R L doesn't like about Boston Market:
This complaint is against the woman who doesn't know her job. Not the poor guy who works hard and is always running around. I feel for him. Placed our order and 4 people were waited on, fed and left before us. we just stood here waiting. Just TERRIBLE SERVICE. They should wait on people as they come in. Not this garbage. 2 stars for food only. View all feedback.
