It wasn't safe in this place. A little rural, thought it was hit or missed, so I went to Hualien for a while first to eat something and drinks then back to the Shepard bar. You... terrible idea. Bar Shepard is excellent! There are pommes to die and their tea cocktails even better. I'm an American, so I'm like a tea cocktail, Lol, that must be a joke. No joke! Totally excellent! slightly expensive, disappointed that pizza day is only once a month. we had pork ball pasta and XO shrimp pasta; its good. also packed some truffle fries back, very yummy. limited range of beers/cider, wide range of cocktails. View all feedback.
