What User likes about Cartagena:
Food, service, view and ambient all 5 star! I think this was the best ceviche we found in Peru (in the town of the supposed birth place of ceviche) and the chicharon was equally superb. The lunch time special price of 15 sol per plate was awesome value. Would recommend checking it out. View all feedback.

Muy buen "jalador" colombiano que nos convenció de ingresar al restaurante para probar las diferentes combinaciones y "combos", con gaseosa incluida.
