Walked up with my kids for a summer treat, and was told the inside was closed. However, a nice lady (maybe the manager) did not wanna let these kids down! She let us inside, gave each kid a bracelet, donuts and a refresher! Kindness is everything. View all feedback.
What Joseph Marshall doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
I am done with this Tim Hortons. The last 3 times they have messed up my order and given me attitude. If they are going to keep going this way and getting horrible reviews all the time then they need to close up shop for good. View all feedback.
Finally have decent employees, but they’re always out of stuff. After you wait 10 minutes in the slow drive thru you're told they're out. Then you cant pass through you have to wait another 5 for the car’s in front. Big Waste of TIME. Expected considering the owner I encountered prior with his Rude cocky self.
This place is always slow the only reason I go is because it’s so close to my house but I never learn my lesson. This time the completely burned my sandwich
Breakfast sandwich egg and sausage barely warm. Biscuit hard as a rock. Cheese cold and not melted. Biscuit actually hurt the roof of my mouth! Ouch. Not good food. Coffee was good tho.
This place is a joke, they give you coupons to use and refuse to take them. This is probably the worse Tim’s Hortons I have ever been too. The place is dirty and the service is even worse. Avoid at all cost, just cruise over to Westerville rd and get your food and coffee from that Tim’s location.
The turned the place around. Excellent service and very quick. Friendly staff
