Update on 20220205: Service has greatly improved, lobby always seems to be open as it should, and the staff seems to be much more invested/bearing update on 20211017: decides to try again, and the lobby is closed at 1:00 a.m. on Sunday. Worst restaurant ever! I just left their drive-thru and when I got home I found that they completely forgot my meal in the bag, and gave us two chicken sandwiches when I ordered one. The girl on the speaker barely spoke English and obviously doesn'tunderstand English as well! I spent $27 and received 2 of the 3 meals we were charged for.
