"I called to see how long the wait would be for a party of 10. They told me 25minutes, which was perfect because we were about 20minutes away. They told me to download Yelp to make the reservation. I did, it told me a table would be ready in about 15minutes. We arrive to Chili's they told us we'd have to wait 20-30minutes for a table even though we were quoted for a shorter time. We waited, they sat us down after about 15minutes. It took forever until our waitress came to get our drink orders, etc. We have a little one, the waitress kept putting food/drinks right in front of him where he could reach it. Multiple times I asked if she could not do that to prevent an accident. Then, in the middle of our meal she had us tell her what we had so she could separate our checks. We asked for togo boxes she never brought them, i walked up to the manager section to ask for them. Just an overall bad experience :"

"This was a great experience in every single way! We have been to a lot of mediocre Italian places, this is not that, the food was SO delicious! But where this place really stood out to me was the service. It has been a long time since I encountered suchwonderful service while I was dining out. Not just from our waiter, but every staff member we encountered. Everyone was sofriendly and made us feel welcomed. Thank you so much for making our experience enjoyable, we will definitely be back!"

"I just walked out of this place and I?m sitting in my truck writing this. First off the wait staff is incredible. They?ve always been very nice and helpful. I ordered a ?Meat me? omelet and asked if I could get just the omelet without any of the otherthings that came with it. I was told ?sure?. I also ordered a side of bacon. I was SHOCKED when I went to pay and it was $18! Iwas charged full price even though I didn?t get half the items. I?ve been coming here for a while now and this will be my lasttime. Greedy people don?t care about customers and I?m sure nothing will change"
