What Alek Cohen likes about El Japonez Interlomas:
The tiradito was excellent. The fried disc was interesting. I want to love the sushi in Mexico but I think the rice is different from back in the States and takes some getting used to. Good quality. A bit expensive but service is always good. Thank you. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 View all feedback.
What Tavo Nice doesn't like about El Japonez Interlomas:
It was a very nice detail for Father's Day that they gave away a craft beer and its glass. Great idea! Buuut...the beer is poor...with very marked DMS, somewhat acetic and with lactic acid...low carbonation and residual sugars...flaws in temperature and fermentation time. I hope the next one is better, because craft beer is still a bad idea. Greetings Food: 4 View all feedback.
