I made a reservation online and we were seated as soon as we walked it. I was floored! Couldn't believe it actually worked, especially on a busy Friday night! Our server was outstanding! She kept our glasses full and dishes cleared away. Perfect balance between friendliness and professionalism! This was the worst dining experience ever. We had a 7pm dinner reservation and at 7:40pm we were still waiting to be seated. No apologies. Nobody checked on us. We asked to talk to the manager and he didn't seem to care. He said they prioritized and there was nothing he could do. The place was busy so, I guess that's why he didn't care but, with service like that one day it won't. We will never go back. read more.
