"Very enjoyed this place. They are owned by the family and feel like a part of the family. Large pizza with many toppings. The pasta was also delicious and enough to share. And the wings were huge and crispy with a lot of sauce."

"After living here for over 20 years I’ve explored the HKA area. This local bar has always been something I have enjoyed visiting. From the wait staff, to my family and friends that frequent the tournaments/steak nights/trivia/karaoke you can’t go wrong here. Great drink specials, the food better than the rest of the fast food joints. A lot of friendly locals and good family times will be had here I’ll continue to come here for many more years to come."

"I convinced my friends to go to rising sun because I was at least fifty times and usually loves it. Today was a completely different story. our server was slightly rude, abrupt and seemed like she didn't want to be there. at the order we tried to order a bentobox and were informed that they were made of salat for the salat. we asked if they could give us something else, we were told no and we would pay the same price. then I was asked if I wanted a second order of gyoza and I said explicitly: "No thanks." she brought it anyway and claimed it was my fault and that I would have to pay for it. next I got my sushi roll (I order every time I'm there) and today it was different from what I had every other time. I asked if I could trade it and was told, no, and then I was told that I was wrong and if I had to read a menu again, so she could prove me wrong. she then went and spoke to a manager and they stared at us for at least 10 minutes unhappy before they finally came by. she wouldn't give us her name, but said she usually doesn't work on Saturday. the lack of professionalism and customer service was shocking by the manager. she started saying, "I heard my server page, so I'm telling you." she brought a menu to prove me wrong. then, for an article I didn't like and did not eat because it looked like coleslaw in a sushi roll, she said it was my fault and she wouldn't take it off the bill, but the best thing she could do is spend a small percentage. I've never heard of it. I have also mentioned that I am a loyal customer and that my team (which is quite large) in which usually comes here and that I must recommend that they find somewhere else and I was said: "Well, we don't need them all. that is a ball I will take.” I was so shocked. if a customer does not like something or it is not standard, remove it or replace it. as someone who has been working in the customer service industry in the management for 14 years, it has shown me a healthy sense, sympathy with customers how to treat situations and how to be polite and try to find a solution. I always try to treat my best staff of the service industry with ease and respect because I first hand knows how it is. there was no reason to be treated like that. we were not excited or rude. I was so excited to lunch today and now that has ruined my loyality for rising sun. it has changed from what it was earlier."
