the first time in a jj. the place was clean and the service was fast. we all ordered cold Italian parts. they were good. the young man who served us was very friendly and made sure we had additional serviettes as we ate. the extra star is for its customer service. View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about Jimmy John's:
I “used” to a loyal customer here but I have put an order online and unfortunately I have made the mistake and my sandwiches not properly adapted. I contacted the load and spoke with megan who first voluntarily correct the sandwiches for me but after she only put me for 14 minutes she put back to the phone and showed that the “Manager Gavin” said no. since the mistake was on my part, they could not make the sandwiche... "We were very disappointed about this location after reading all of the good reviews. The pho was kinda bland compared to other pho places we have been at. The sliced pork and rice looked delicious but the taste wasn't that great. We did finish the pork but not the pho. Service was not that great our waiter, he seemed very timid and just sat us down and left and it was a lot of inconsistencies like that with him for a while. We won't be coming back to this location."
