"Was excited and had been planning to eat there at some point in time during my stay all week. Finally went there expecting to dine in but was not so nicely informed take out only...no, I want to sit and eat so we left and chose another restaurant. So disappointed cause I was really wanting to eat there and possibly leave an awesome review of the food. A restaurant is about a dining experience just as much as the food. Please realize your possibilities and reopen. Thank you."

"So I?ve been coming to this hippo burger location since they opened a few years back, never had any issues. Tonight I placed an order for pickup and when I got home my cheese-tots had no cheese, and my bacon cheeseburger didn?t have the bacon. No big deal, figured I?d call and ask if I could have at the very least the cost of added cheese and bacon to be refunded, seemed the most simple option. Was asked to bring my food back up there to get the cheese and bacon?.yes you read that right. I live 15 minutes away, makes no logistical sense and my food would be cold. Was offered a discount on my next order, wasn?t given a reasonable explanation of how I could claim that at a later date given I have no idea when the next time I?ll eat here. I literally wanted a few bucks refunded?.seemed reasonable"
