best Mexican restaurant in the environment. recommended: if you like chimichangas and/or fajitas, try the alambre. it adds in a few veggies that they don't get with fajitas, like broccoli and squash. the chips and salsa are consistently fresh and (hallemark of good salsa for me) they can taste the cilantro! "I walked in on December 16, 2021, and asked the guy behind the counter what was good? He replied, Everything 's good. I asked the next guy working behind the counter the same question, and he replied in kind. I ordered an ox tail dinner with all the sides. Without a doubt, the food served here is as authentic you can without taking a trip to the Caribbean. The food served here will appeal to all of your culinary senses. This is not one of those fancy Michelin five-starrestaurants on your bucket list you dream about being able to visit. However, at the Jamaican African Cuisine restaurant, you will receive the best plate of homecooked food between the Mississippi River and New York City. If you live inJackson, TN, or on the road traveling and looking for something different to break the monotony of the boring national chain restaurants, this is the place. The food is served like when eating at Grandma 's house. The food here is the bestJamaican cooking has to offer. The single serving portions are large enough for 2 dinners to share. The flavor is off the Richter scale, and if you are weight conscience, make a visit here your cheat day. Mr. Jospeh is the chef/owner ofJamaican African Cuisine with his two sons.
