Contribute FeedbackThe restaurant offers a mixed dining experience with friendly service, delicious appetizers, and good desserts, but some inconsistencies in food quality. The indoor garden room and bar atmosphere provide a pleasant setting, perfect for enjoying pasta and $3 mojitos. Customer service varies, with some guests praising attentive servers and welcoming atmospheres, while others note disappointment in the lack of communication from management. Overall, the diverse menu and appealing ambiance make it worth a visit for those looking to enjoy a night out with good drinks and decent food.
Bar atmosphere with out door seating and an indoor garden room. We ate in the garden room. For indoor/outdoor experience went with out children. Good pasta even better drinks. $3 mojitos is a steal.
This was our first visit to the Warwick Hotel and it was disappointing. We were seated quickly and did get a waiter to take our drink orders fairly quickly. He did say up front that the kitchen was very busy and that it would take some time. We weren’t really in a hurry and said that we didn’t mind. We received our drinks in a timely manner and placed our food order. From this point on it would be difficult to get our waiter’s attention. Our soup and salad was brought out by another server again in good time. The only problem is that we still had not been given any silverware so after a wait we did get the attention of another server to bring us that. This is where the wait started to get really long. Again, we were not in a hurry but it is not when your waiter at least checks in with you and gives an update. No such luck and we also saw people seated well after us getting their meals. After about 45 minutes we did get our entrees. I ordered the Portobello Mushroom and Crab with sides of Mashed Potatoes and Cole Slaw. While the Cole Slaw was so so the main dish and mashed potatoes were excellent. My wife ordered the Asian Tuna with Rice. She was not so lucky. Her tuna fish was cooked to death and there was not enough sauce to save it. For the first time ever at a restaurant my wife simply had to just send it back. When told that it would not be feasible to get another dish quickly she just passed and I gave her some of mine. The waiter was apologetic and did take her entrees the bill but it was just disappointing. I think they are just understaffed like every other restaurant so we will give the another chance but it may be awhile.
Great food and service. Try the nachos and fresh cut fries!
Server was great! Very friendly attentive. Eating was just okay. 2 appetizers, steamed shrimps were delicious, crab bath was very fatty, the chips were boiled over as they were heated several times in oil. The main run of the main rib was okay. Perfectly cooked, but was chewing. NY strips were ordered Med seldom was overcooked. The pages were good. Dessert was PB cake was delicious. Drinks from the bar were on site. Mixed review. Would we come back? Anyway, I think everyone can spend a night. Service was great, drinks good, food was okay, dessert was good.
I ordered the Pasta with Portabellas and other veggies. There were no mushrooms in the dish and when I asked the response was 'Oh, I guess they forgot to put them in! ' Since this was the first ingredient listed on the menu I would have thought they 'd take something off of the cost, NO! I had to ask to have $3 removed from the cost of the entree.
