Rude and unprofessional stuff, they do not care about the customers. We checked-in in the middle of the night, the person responsible with the keys communicated a price, in the morning when we wanted to pay the price was higher and the lady at the reception called me a liar(!!! when I told her that the other lady communicated another price when we arrived.
