This restaurant is constantly good. The food was fantastic and the service was pretty good, but not excellent. When we arrived, there were only a few people, and drinks took forever to get out. This is mother's day 2022 buffet. This is the first thing you'll see. ? The prime rib was decent everything else was barely edible. We waited 1/2 hour to be seated AFTER having reservations. That's completely forgivable if the food is good. Not sure what's happened to Red Rocks. It used to be one of the best holiday buffets ever. This was trashy at best, filthy at worst.
