Had been frozen all day on a very long walk 24 miles. Firstly a local welcomed us into the pub when we walked in. The bar staff and owner were friendly and helpful. Local beer very good. Will definitely come again. Lots of chats with people. read more.

I believe this pub has recently started to serve Indian food, we had booked a table sometime ago so personally I was a little disappointed we would not be eating pub food as such.
