On our way back from our break, popped into Costa, St Neots and order a cake and the new Ruby Cocoa Hot Chocolate. A really nice drink. Great customer service with all smiles around and atmosphere really peaceful. Thanks Costa Coffee View all feedback.

As there was only one member of staff taking orders and making the drinks, it took a time to be served, not helped b the customer before me struggling to pay by mobile ‘phone. Coffee wasn’t very hot, more like luke warm, panini and toastie ok. Had to ask for cutlery (toastie and panini were not cut through fully) and no serviettes, had to ask for those as well.
