Me and my girlfriend came into study and the lady at the front counter was so rude. She didn't welcome us in to the tea shop and didn't reply to my gf when she said hi when we were ordering. Most importantly she snatched my money when I was paying. Really bad customer service. The drinks are really good and so is the ice cream. View all feedback.
