I have been a customer for the last few years and this is my fifth and final custom cake. The cake was delivered filthy and damaged as seen in the attached pictures. The cake was 495$ with an 85$ delivery fee. The bakery was given plenty of opportunities to rectify this but instead blamed the venue who had the cake in its possession for twenty minutes.
