"Sauce reminded me of the old Italian supper club as a kid. Loved it! Waitress was so friendly, very homey take you back atmosphere. Will definitely order take out and also return for dine in. Everything was so good and tasted homemade. Chocolate cream pie was very good also."

"I recently had the pleasure of dining at La Famglia while visiting Huntington on business. While I'm no expert on Italian or even Italian-American food, this place seemed like the real deal. The atmosphere was cozy and the service was well executed. The olive antipasto was well prepared and the wood-fired lasagna was well made and very tasty. Twice during my visit the owner came out to personally check on things. Add to that the fact that there was Peroni on tap and what more could I ask for? I will definitely return if I get a chance on my next visit to Huntington!"

"2nd time being here. Got the bbq platter the first time and it was great and more food than I could eat in 3 days. House made pork rinds are awesome. Also had the banana pudding and it was great. This time I tried the pimento cheese burger with fries with spicy bbq seasoning. Was very good but not much pimento cheese on it. The lady had a philly steak bombwhich which she enjoyed a lot and the kids enjoyed their grilled cheese, chicken and chips. Servers have always been nice and quick. No complaints."

"We had a reservation here for new years eve, our first time trying it though it'd been on our list for awhile. We had crab cakes, scallops, and two filet mignons. Unfortunately while the appetizers and sides had plenty of flavor, our filets had virtually none. The compound butters our steaks came with were very cold and hard, and the steaks did not come out hot enough to melt it. Neither the truffle butter or orange zest butter had any noteworthy flavoring to them. Mine was still tender at least, but my fiancée's was not. I would have liked to have seen black pepper at minimum in tandem with the compound butters. The restaurant seems to have older clientele so perhaps that's why the main dish trended light on seasoning. The service however was great, our server was polite and tentative. For West Virginia fine dining options, Savannah's Bistro is likely one of the best options, so I'd give it a 4/5. Considering offerings outside of the state though, this would be more of a 3/5. For a few hours drive you can explore fine dining options in Cincinnati which has always surpassed anything we have found in-state."

"I am very disappointed! Ordered carry out. Steak was of poor quality and tough as nails. Chicken didn’t even look right, maybe sat in fridge and warmed up? My grandson wouldn’t even eat it because it did not even look like chicken. The only thing that was edible was the shrimp and it wasn’t great. When I pay this price for food I expect quality food! This was not! Ordered 3 dinners with steak, Chicken and shrimp and none of it was of good quality. I will go to Hibachi on 4th Ave from now on. This will be my last at Taste Of Asia! I need to add that my son called and complained to management and they refunded us 50% off our order which was appreciated."

"Havn't eaten here in a good while. Actually forgot that its here. The curb appeal is non-existant and looks closed. Once you get passed the closed look and enter its actually very authentic and cozy. Theres Mexican theme everywhere including paintings and piñatas. I didnt see a bar but there was booths and tables. The food was a little above good but not good enough for me to want to come back. The staff was friendly but not consistant, my friend literally went and refilled his own drink. Again our server was great and offered bday ice cream just there shouldve been more waiters. Also i guess they have no backroom for overstock cause theres boxes of alcohol everywhere. Even though It wouldnt be in my top 3 Mexican in the area I'd still recommend for non-expensive and authentic Mexican foods."
