I didn’t catch their names, but two girls working tonight were very concerned with their food’s quality. My pizza had a few “bubbles” in it, and they offered repeatedly to remake it or “make it right” in the future. I told them I didn’t mind in the slightest, as pizza’s pizza. It’s all good, and it’s all edible food. I appreciate their concern for food quality and customer satisfaction. But it was tasty anyway! View all feedback.
What Craig D doesn't like about Marco's Pizza:
I placed a pickup order. When I got home realized they charged me for a cheesy bread I called the store. She was extremely rude and argued with me that I did say cheesy bread I know. I took it back five of them were huddled around the register laughing being smart aleck for no reason. It makes no sense why I was treated this way over simply asking to refund the cheesy bread that I took back to the store. View all feedback.

Came in to get get meatlover pizza and they didn't make it the right way
Pizza was delicious but a bit pricy. Didn't go inside so don't know about atmosphere but guy in drive thru was nice.
Ordered delivery an hour before closing and never received it and then my calls were ignored when i called for an update 15 minutes before they closed. cant even get a refund until they open. absolutely ridiculous
I know a lot of people who love Marco's Pizza and really its all about personal preference here. The place was clean, staff was great. However, i do not like their pizza. The sauce is a little sweet and the crust too tough. I've tried them twice as i live 2 blocks away and my mind is definitely made up. No more Marco's for me.
