This restaurant is quite comparable to any rally I've attended. The food is good, and the staff are friendly. However, I do have one issue: about one in every three times I visit, there seems to be a problem with their system not accepting my debit or credit cards, or my online orders never arrive. What Cara C doesn't like about Rally's Hamburgers:
When I worked at Rally's in Georgia and a car pulled up they would say car on and how many people were in the car, so that the people would have fresh hot food waiting on them after they ordered. I had to stay in line too long even though it was a short line and my hamburger, although specifically ordered, wasn't hot and juicy. The fries were great. Service extremely slow. The manager needs to step up the game. View all feedback.
