"The staff was super (Emily our waitress) service was on point. Chicken fried steak was the best I ever had, the brown engraving was great, will try the white engraving next time, Kornbrot was brilliant. The decor was super sweet. The only negative was that the glasses were neblig/chipped. We'll be back soon."

"First time trying Thursday happy hour all day. The food was okay. Pricing was great. 2 soy sauce bottles seemed old as had worm noodle looking something in the bottom of each bottle. Waiter was on top of it and changed it himself. Cleanliness needs a little work, webs, dust, trash, and bugs at our table. I know some things happen it was a lot at once. The big redeeming quality was the waiter."

"That was a really good experience. We stayed overnight in a local hotel and stayed here to get a breakfast. In particualr the cookies were soft and fluffy and the potato was fresh and tasty."

"I often open the door here. The communication between the employees is perfect. The workers are respectful and efficient. I love catching up here. I have a review to do because it thinks me how they effectively communicate what they need or the status of something is required and nobody is insulted and nobody is rude. I door the ALOT of places and you would be surprised what I saw and heard among the staff. Also noteworthy for employees here and cleanliness. I run in some places and can not help but make a face, but this place, even their bathrooms are clean, I have a habit to look in in inconspicuous places and still have to witness dirt in this facility. Good job guys!"

"Double Dave’s donated 13 large pizzas to help feed a class of veterans, students and student-veterans over at SHSU. We offered to pay full price because of the work they do with WWP. When I told her I was a veteran, the owner Kat wouldn’t hear of it. A truly amazing gift of generosity. Pizza was chewy, cheesy and incredibly well seasoned. Portions were perfect. 11 pizzas fed more than 35 people. We can’t thank her and Double Dave’s enough. They opened well before opening to prepare the pizzas for us."
