Panera Bread - Feedback

What Tracey Burgess doesn't like about Panera Bread:
Ordered a 1/2 steak and cheese with cup of soup from hospital room and went downstairs to pick it up. It was ready within 2 minutes of our arrival. It was hot and soup was fine. Location is amazing for hsv hospital friends and family that have loved ones that are not well. Would appreciate a little attention to detail. If you frequent a Panera you know your order is pretty spot on, at other locations. This location takes short cuts. For instance when you order something toasted it should be.
