Sonic Drive-in - Huntsville

There were a few mistakes in our order. My son was disappointed with the grilled cheese and vegetarian options. I enjoyed the ocean water and my son liked the cheddar peppers. The hot dog was average.

The drive-thru service was okay and the employees were friendly, but there was a problem with communication between taking the order, grilling, and delivering it. I specifically ordered a hamburger with no cheese, only lettuce, tomato, and mayo. However, I received a cheeseburger with only lettuce, tomato, and mayo. I made sure to emphasize no cheese at the speaker and again at the drive-up window. When I got home and unwrapped the burger, I saw that it had cheese on it. This has happened multiple times and I cannot consume cheese. It is frustrating that they cannot get such a simple order right. I wasted time and money, and ended up giving the burger to my dog. I was asked to fill out a survey on my receipt, and after doing so, the automated response gave me a voucher for a free cheeseburger. I give up.
