The food was excellent and the gauchos were friendly and happy to make sure we had everything we wanted. The waitress, however, was awkward and I wonder if they were understaffed because she seemed overly busy and hardly came to our table at all. View all feedback.
Great tasting food and great variety of food. Only problem was the tables are too close together and felt crowded.

Food and service were very good. But although it is a large salad and soup bar, $32.00 is extremely expensive for a salad bar and $15.00 for a glass of wine.
Gauchos came only about every 12 minutes. With the same 3 meats. I had to ask our server if they had something else and if they were to send them over, when our maps turned over to green did nothing. Spent over $200 to get hungry.
