Mellow Mushroom, what happened to you?! That was always my favorite place, and I was there many times since it opened. The last two times I ordered MM (June/July 22), the pizza was soggy (wet through the pizza box) and undercooked. The sandwiches are missing. The blows that were included would never serve anyone. Pizza, sandwich and pork appetizer over $75. Just what we ate the pulp. Your tents are really good. View all feedback.
My experience at Mellow Mushroom was typical. They remove the butter and parmesan from the crust and substitute regular cheese with vegan cheese. My top picks are: 1. Vegan Veg Out with added tofu and buffalo sauce 2. Vegan Veg Out with added BBQ tempeh. They have always been attentive to ensuring everything is vegan. I suggest ordering over the phone to communicate your preferences clearly. I highly recommend this restaurant.
They're one of the few pizza places I have found that have stone oven pizza. To me stone oven pizza is absolutely the best. It has a better taste than places that cook using a conveyer belt. The sauce has a bit of a sweet taste but not too sweet. The pepperoni is fairly mild and the crust isn't too thick or too thin. Overall I really enjoyed my food and my waiter TJ was really good. He kept drink filled which is important to me being a former waiter. He was very helpful in answering questions I had and checked on us several times. If you like good pizza and service this is the restaurant for you.
Great pizza!! Love the crust.... You have to have a good crust to have a good pizza!!! The atmosphere of this place is better than any other Mellow Mushroom restaurant that I have ever been to, including here and in Mississippi. Really cool place to dine!
We had our son's birthday dinner here tonight, it was very busy for trivia, but our service was still outstanding. The pizza was great as well as the pretzel bites. Our server, Samantha was great with handling our party and our small kids. She was also working a much larger table but stayed on top of things. Great food and even better service!! Thank you Sam!
From the time you walk in until you leave it is an excellent experience! The smell is wonderful and the taste of the food is 5 Star great! Our server was wonderful!
