What User doesn't like about Eclipse Dining Room:
Our dinner reservation was for 8pm. By this time much of the buffet looked quite pick-over. We and another couple were at Deerhurst Resort for their "Taste of Summer" special promotion. We felt that we paid literally for left overs. Everything that was available at the buffet was the same food from previous day. Food was even cold.

For the price, it really misses the mark. We stayed at the resort. The eclipse was convenient. Had we of driven there for a 'dinner buffet ', I would have been...

"For a birthday dinner alone (Because I wanted a quiet dinner after 24 km) 25. May wasn't even recognizing what I said. I was quickly served when I was a single to pull me out. My portions were half of the other tables. Scallops obviously cut in half, salad was half the size. ordered the trio main and was also half the size of the other tables. They just let me wait half an hour for the head because I asked that I digest the salad and scallops a few minutes. A man in a green button below made me feel uncomfortable when they stared at me behind the pavilion where the staff came out, not sure who he was, but came out twice to do it. When the bill came, the waitress (Linda) was rude. I didn't expect anything free, just a nice evening that was completely ruined. I didn't complain because Linda might have a bad night. Leave a 20% tip not a happy birthday or even a smile. I don't even recommend going there. The food was ok, but it lacked flavor profile and deep drizzling Balsamico vinegar on a salad is not a dressing the beets were not marinated on all Scallops Bacon Jam is weak without real aroma profile. The main was actually ok, but part was so small in half compared to the two orders Linda went with earlier. Good about price in my opinion and service unfortunately"
