Even if the appetizers at Happy you are advertised as $5, I was calculated for my starter because it wasn't on the Appetizer list, but the starter list. I went to this place without expecting much. It was empty what I'm doing well because I don't like loud bars/restaurants. I have a burger they call the captain who was really good. I had it with a side of onion rings that were also good, and the food was a big part. It basically came to 11 dollars.
