"Stopped in to use the restrooms and never left. We got to the Wollybear festival, walked around, and ended up at Rudy 's. 4 Bloody Marys, 3 Absloute and waters, A Philly Cheesesteak with tots, a Truffel Burger with onion rings and A HUGE Pretzel and being there 5 hours the whole experience was Awesome. The 3 bartenders were as close to perfect as you would ever find. They were all over, and nobody wanted for anything, and they complimented each other well. The 3 cooks made/prepared everything quickly and efficiently with a GREAT TASTE! This was our first time there, BUT it will not be our last! John Taffer could take lessons from the staff there. "Waitress, Angie, totally confused us about what came with the .meal, i.e. side dishes. Was told we could substitute soup for a salad, but never told us there was an upcharge for it. One food item was never served, yet we were charged on our bill. My husband never got his Bloody Mary. All in all, she wasn't a good waitress. It'll be a long time before we go back to diine again . "First, my family and I visited this area from out of town and we have been to many Mexican restaurants over the decades. This place is among the worst. To be fair, the service was good. Our wait staff was very attentive and polite. The issue with thisestablishment is the food. Absolutely the worst. Our pitcher of margaritas taste like a pre-mix from a grocery store. There wasno alcohol to be found in the margaritas. The enchilada shell was hard and chewy. The sauces poured on top were watery andflavorless. The shrimp and crab was grossly over cooked, dry and burnt. The salsa with chips had absolutely no flavor. Thisplace needs a replacement chef and experienced food buyer. We will never stop here again."
