Fairways Grill - Hurricane

We stopped at Fairways Bar Grill in Teays Valley at 3 p.m. Saturday and the place was dead. When we arrived, there was no soul in sight and we waited a few minutes before the person appeared from behind. There was only 1 person who was inclined to the bar and the dining room. We were the only customers until the end of our meal when we asked for togo containers. Our waitress was nice, but the service was super slow, even though he was the only one. We ordered the hot cheese bites, spicy chicken and chicken gyro sandwiches. Food was good, but needed more sauce to make it excellent. My gyro barley had any tzatziki. The chicken looked burned, but was not and was perfectly cooked. We took the extra sauce to go because it took so long to get it we already treated with meals as they came. You also only have over any cheesecake taste Cheesecake Factory offers. They have high peaks. The food and wine menus are extensive with a light Mediterranean influence. We will try again, because the food itself was good. We know to ask for extras when we place the order. If you expect to be super patient.

The service was amazing and the food was ok! The food was pricier but higher quality ingredients. My children got the spaghetti and didn't like it. It wasn't your traditional spaghetti. I have the Cajun chicken pasta and absolutely loved it! My husband has a burger and he said he wasn't impressed! My husband is a big guy and always cleanses his record, but this time he ate all his fries and took two bites of his burger. I also think this restaurant is super family oriented. There are two bars instead of a lounge part and then have a bar and lie on the other side together. Luckily we did it?

Really great food and friendly staff. The restaurant is small and has limited parking, but a very large menu with a good variety of options. Decent choices for our young kids too. Will definitely be going back again.

By far the best place I visited in the valley. Amazing, authentic, made from scratches. Large selection of bottled beer and wine. I highly recommend visiting, and I am a hard critic, so that this comes much from me. And the best part was the owner who was very nice that I felt very special as a customer!

The first time my husband and I moved into this area. Loved the atmosphere, friendly waiter, the food was great. I was looking for a good hummus and it was amazing. I love Gyros and the gyro I got was everything I had hoped for. I would recommend this place to everyone and will definitely go a lot more in the future.
