We are on a road trip, staying in hotels. I didn't know Papa Murphy´s and wasn't aware of the taken n bake concept. So I was really puzzled when I came to pick up my online order and was offered my pizza in raw condition. But the staff were very friendly despite my baffled reaction. I was given a full refund.
