Purchased a 2-entree dinner today. The manager staff looked very busy with lots of customers, but still took time to be pleasant friendly to everyone. The food was hot, fresh delicious reasonably priced). I was very impressed, absolutely plan to return to this well-run franchise! For background info I used to work here for 2 years. FOOD WAS UNDERCOOKED!! I know their standards and what my husband and I received was not what it's supposed to be. GO TO A DIFFERENT PANDA you WILL get sick going to this one. View all feedback.
Food seems to always be delayed because they have not prepared enough even though today there was no one in the drive through at 8 pm on a Saturday night.
Never go to their drive through which uses an automated system which is frustrating
