Red Panda Wok Grill - Feedback

What Jennifer Bird doesn't like about Red Panda Wok Grill:
I received the takeout menu on my door, and since Red Panda seemed to have good reviews, I thought I'd try... I was charged a $3 service fee/delivery fee which is not notated on their takeout menu. When I was given my order total over the phone, theyfailed to mention $3 service fee in the total; however, appeared on my final receipt with my delivery. So I'm super picky about food because I was in restaurant business for over 2 decades and I LOVE this food. It is always fresh the broccoli has been cooked perfect every time and super fast delivery. I also like that they deliver thru their company andnot like door dash. That cuts into the employees the company has already hired. That's huge thing to me.
