Despite attempts to provide alternative forms of identification, the server remained rude and unyielding, leading to a frustrating and unpleasant experience. This incident, combined with previous issues at the same branch, has left some customers feeling discouraged from returning to Chatime in the future, generally, Chatime receives a rating of 2.9 on average.
