Not sure why the rating is so low. I've tried sushi from many different shops and restaurants in hurstville and sushi hub is still my go to. I like it because of the texture and seasoning of the rice, it is never soggy. I also like it because the sashimi and raw fish in the sushi rolls are never stringy.
