that was our second time in the quarter. again we were not disappointed. eating is fresh, tasty and well presented. the waiting staff is attentive and friendly. we love to eat in a quarter when we visit huskisson. so satisfied the quarters survived the lock of the pandemic. when you visit jervis bay, plan ahead and book a table for a delicious culinary experience. the restaurant atmosphere is beautiful. very eclectic. at $60 a head was eating nice, but wasn't spectacular. the escapes were hired, but u had a choice of the net. I had bark wange masala, which was nice, man had pork, but it was quite fat. the sides of cauliflower and potato were beautiful, but green would have taken a tasty bite. cocktails at $18 were expensive for a glass that was only half filled. service was gr... Very simple and limited menu. Some real bright spots (the duck! but rest of menu was a little pedestrian and not great value for money. The entrees felt more like vegetable side dishes and sadly did disappoint. Staff were friendly but did not wear masks at all or correctly in most instances. No one confirmed we had checked in on the QR code, no one checked we were double vaxxed. This combined with poor mask wearing by staff made it very difficult to really relax and enjoy ourselves.
No protein in any of the 3 starters. No option of choosing dessert instead of 3 starters.

This was our second time eating at the Quarters. Again we were not disappointed. The food is fresh, tasty and presented well. The wait staff are attentive and friendly. We love dining at the Quarters when visiting Huskisson. So pleased the Quarters survived the lock downs from the pandemic. If you are visiting Jervis Bay, plan ahead and book a table for a delicious dining experience.
Great food, nice paced meal service didn’t feel rushed very relaxed. The set menu is good value for money would recommend.
