First time here. Only one waitress and one bartender but awesome job and great food. I have no complaints at all. I will definitely go back.
Great atmosphere. Was very busy because the spectators watch the game. Have a track immediately and don't wait long for our food

"This was our very first visit to Kansas, so of course, we were not familiar with any of the restaurants. We knew we wanted barbecue and after reading several positive reviews, we chose the Hickory Stik and man it did NOT disappoint! We ordered the brisket, pulled pork and ribs with a bunch of sides. The portions we ample and enough for the 3 of us to share amongst each other. My favorite was the brisket and the fried okra. The restaurant itself was clean and cozy and all of the employees were very friendly and professional. We highly recommended the Hickory Stik and hope to visit again soon. MAHALO!"

"The variety of food options was great. Price points appropriate. Taste, delicious. The service was full of stars. My friend said if there was such a place, he would go to him regularly. Guess we need to find excuses to go to Hutch more."
