Starbucks - Feedback

What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
I recently went to this Starbucks and ordering went just fine. Ramon was our cashier he did an excellent job being kind and interacting with us the customers. Then as our drinks were being made Connor who was making them was talking to another lady who was not working the entire time and took longer than needed to make a simple Pike Place coffee( The store was not busy at all. The restaurant is always bustling with activity, yet they consistently do a fantastic job. I ordered a black coffee without realizing it was just five minutes until closing. Instead of pointing this out, the staff informed me that there would be a wait while they brewed it. Once I recognized the time, I decided to order an Americano instead.
