recommend the potatoes with cheese sauce. we also get the chicken grill burrito. the grinding times of the combo are filled. we never had problems with them to forget something when we go through the drive thru. we saw that the dining room was open at our last visit, but we just went through the drive thru. read more.

"This was our very first visit to Kansas, so of course, we were not familiar with any of the restaurants. We knew we wanted barbecue and after reading several positive reviews, we chose the Hickory Stik and man it did NOT disappoint! We ordered the brisket, pulled pork and ribs with a bunch of sides. The portions we ample and enough for the 3 of us to share amongst each other. My favorite was the brisket and the fried okra. The restaurant itself was clean and cozy and all of the employees were very friendly and professional. We highly recommended the Hickory Stik and hope to visit again soon. MAHALO!"
