Papa Johns Pizza - Hutto

I always order in this store and everything has been excellent, except today. My order was incomplete, the Gallic Knots came 7 pieces in each order, it is supposed to be 8 units.

I haven’t ordered pizza for some time. This past weekend I wanted pizza so I ordered from Papa Jones. I must say it was a bad decision. I waited for over an hour for my pizza, and didn’t even know it had arrived until we went to open the door to just check. And there it was sitting by the door. Once I opened the box I couldn’t believe anyone would deliver a mess as this pizza was. I attached a pic of what Papa John’s delivered at my door. I would never order pizza from this place ever again.

I ordered a pizza online and made a mistake. Unfortunately the pizza crafters didn’t care and would not deliver my pizza. They did not answer my calls and I had to order another pizza upon the two I previously ordered. They refused to even answer the phone after I spoke to them the first time and I was not rude or disrespectful bc I have worked in the service industryThe female answering the phone was purposefully answering the phone and putting me on hold!I never received any response or communication

Every time we order the pizza is perfect! They make the pizza so fast. We usually pick up since the few times we asked for it delivered they took really long.

Super upset. Picked here because it said 45 mins. It said 10 minutes away and then my order was dropped and it said another 45 minutes. Called them and they said they had to DoorDash it and that person got mad the order wasn’t ready and cancelled. Ummmm why when they show up 40 mins after the order is it not ready?? Why offer delivery IF YOURE USING A THIRD PARTY and didn’t disclose that?! So now I’m forced to wait another hour for my food because it would be the same thing as starting all over again. No discount. No courtesy call. Nothing. Don’t worry they said my food would still be hot.. because it’s sitting under a heat lamp. Uhhh.
