"We went here for breakfast expecting a good feed before a big trek. Ordered the tofu scramble which is clearly marked vegan. Plates arrived with a large lump of butter on the side.... bread rolls seemed to have been baked with butter on the tray too... The tofu was fine but there wasn’t much of it. Weren’t too impressed so we didn’t return. Felt like they have an unfair monopoly in a small town, lots of smaller spots trying to make a buck too. While the atmosphere isn’t quite as big, there’s a vegan spot down the road where we had a great meal... and no butter!"

"There is a seperate vegetarian menu, so if you want one, you need to ask. The food is okay, but nothing special. I didn't like the atmosphere of the place."

"Not even look at the pictures of eating on the wall, because there is nothing to what comes out. we ordered 2 vegan dishes with tofu and both came with ice and no tofu, so we had to take all the ice out. also ordered a garlic mixed vegetables and there was not even garlic in the sauce, it was only melone, tomato and zucchini soaked in oil. was not very nice. the prices are, however, cheap."

"This was an adventure to get to on bikes after the previous day's rain (muddy and bumpy), but the reward was the view and delicious food. If you decide to get the chicken, you have the option to go back in the chicken coop and kill the meal to be prepared by the family. It's an experience like no other, but definitely not for those who can't stand to see an animal be harmed or the sight of blood. There's a pool, volleyball court, plenty of hammocks to lounge in, and toilets. Don't forget the cold beer too! You might need it after the ride in."
