We made reservations nightly for dinner. The menu had a wide variety of dishes. One of our favorite starters was the prawn cocktail. The dressing used was flavorful and complemented the prawns and lettuce. Our waitresses were excellent and our meals came fairly quickly, hot and tasty. Would stay at the Premier Inn on Roby the next time we are in Liverpool! Service: Dine in View all feedback.

Terrible experience here. Arrived at 6.50pm with no reservation and was told no table till 9pm. Asked to sit in the bar to eat instead but told they weren 't taking orders till 7.30pm to catch up . Sat down and observed other people ordering with no issues which we then did. Table was sticky so asked for it to be cleaned I was handed a bottle of cleaner and blue roll to do it myself. This is the second table we have visited. I can't recommend enough. the personal is a credit to this place very attentive, cannot do enough for them. the breakfast is fantastic and the children eat free. I would definitely recommend.

The staff are miserable and got the order wrong. After ordering the curry, a manager came to the table to tell me they had no rice so had to have chips instead. After explaining the issues I had already experienced there was no empathy. A truly tragic experience.
