We had a group of ten. It was a busy night but you expect a restaurant to be busy on Saturday. We pre booked with a set menu. Many of our table were never asked if they wanted a drink. After the entree came 6 pizza's arrived between 10 (at $40/head) after a wait of 1 hr and 15 mins. The waiter made no attempt to communicate they were having a problem or apologize. Provided such amazing dessert and a pretty packed pizza! I said I was lactose but I could eat cheese but they still left it off easy misunderstanding but great...
